About the time of the course
As a rule, we reserve a slot for a reserved time (e.g. 17:00-18:00). Therefore, if a guest enters the hotel late, we may have to leave the hotel by the end of the reserved time, not within the 60 minutes after entering the hotel. In that case, we will charge you the full amount of the regular fee at the time of reservation.
