We kindly ask you to read and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below before using our services. By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions.
Please pay special attention to our cancellation policy, as we occasionally encounter individuals who cancel appointments without notice on the same day. We request that you carefully review this policy before making a reservation.
Strict Age and Identity Verification
Our establishment conducts one of the industry’s most rigorous age and identity verification processes. We strictly do not employ individuals under the age of 18. For your peace of mind, we comply with legal requirements under the guidance of our legal counsel and the relevant authorities, including the preparation of contracts and documentation for casting.
Reservations
Reservations can be made via phone or through our official LINE account.
- Priority for Phone Reservations: For urgent matters, we recommend making your reservation by phone, as phone reservations take priority.
- Appropriate Use of LINE: Please refrain from excessive or persistent inquiries via LINE, as they disrupt our operations. Such behavior may result in blocking your account. Use LINE strictly for reservation purposes within reasonable limits.
Advance Reservations
Advance reservations are accepted only for girl members whose next work schedule is confirmed. If you have specific requests for girl or preferred dates and times, you can submit a work request through us, and we will try to accommodate it. Feel free to contact us via phone or LINE for inquiries.
Girl schedules are posted on their profile pages up to one week in advance. For schedules beyond this period, please contact the store directly.
Refund Policy for Staff Absences
Please note that we do not offer refunds for hotel fees in the event of girl absences.
Terms of Service
Payment
- Payments for course fees and optional services are accepted in cash only.
- Please prepare the exact amount whenever possible to minimize inconvenience.
Service Time
- Your reserved time slot (e.g., 5:00 PM–6:00 PM) is strictly held for you. If you arrive late to the hotel, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and full payment for the reserved slot will be required.
- If a delay occurs due to girl tardiness or traffic issues, the full reserved time will be provided from the moment they arrive.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made in Advance: Free of charge if made by the day before the appointment.
- Same-Day Cancellations: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged, regardless of the reason. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by including the cancellation fee in your next booking (only if arranged at the time of cancellation).
- No-Shows and Unpaid Cancellation Fees: Will result in a permanent ban from our services.
Important Notices
- Prohibited Acts
- Engaging in or soliciting illegal activities.
- Utilizing our services under false pretenses (e.g., age misrepresentation).
- Unauthorized recording, photography, or surveillance.
- Coercing or harassing girl members, including any unwanted physical contact or verbal abuse.
- Recruiting or soliciting girl outside of our service framework.
- Engaging in violent, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
- Restricted Access
- Customers under the age of 18, high school students, individuals associated with organized crime groups, and those under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to use our services.
- Customers who fail to comply with prepayment requirements or exhibit malicious behavior may also be denied service.
- Legal Compliance
- Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential legal action.
