Terms of Service for Overseas Guests

Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.
By completing a reservation, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

Pay particular attention to our cancellation policy, as same-day cancellations without notice are not tolerated.

Age and Identity Verification
We carry out one of the strictest ID and age checks in the industry.
No one under 18 is employed under any circumstances.
All documentation and contracts are handled in compliance with the law under professional legal guidance.

Reservations

Reservations may be made by phone or through our official LINE account.

  • Phone Priority: For urgent bookings, phone reservations will take priority.
  • LINE Usage: Use LINE only for essential booking requests. Excessive or disruptive messaging may result in your account being blocked.

Advance Reservations
Advance bookings are accepted only for staff with a confirmed schedule.
Weekly schedules are posted on each profile. For requests beyond that period, please contact us directly.

Staff Absences and Refunds
Please note that hotel fees are non-refundable in the event of staff absences.

Payment & Service Time

Payment: Cash only. Please prepare the exact amount whenever possible.

Service Time: Your reserved time slot (e.g., 5:00–6:00 PM) is fixed.
Late arrivals will shorten your session, and full payment is still required.
If staff are delayed, your full reserved time will be honored from their arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • By the day before: Free of charge.
  • Same-day: 100% fee, payable in cash, bank transfer, or with your next booking (if arranged at cancellation).
  • No-shows or unpaid fees: Permanent ban from all services.

Prohibited Acts
  • Engaging in illegal activities or solicitation
  • Providing false information (e.g., age misrepresentation)
  • Unauthorized recording, photography, or surveillance
  • Harassment or unwanted physical/verbal contact
  • Recruiting or soliciting staff outside our service
  • Violent, threatening, or disruptive behavior

Restricted Access
  • Under 18 years of age
  • High school students
  • Individuals associated with organized crime groups
  • Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Customers refusing prepayment or engaging in malicious behavior

Legal Compliance: Any violation may result in immediate termination without refund and possible legal action.
